Fresh Burger - Cherokee

Food was absolutely phenomenal!! Service was, too. We got the bacon cheddar and BBq burger. Patties were really well seasoned. The bbq burger comes with onion straws, and it's the proper amount. Most places give you barely any on a burger. This was loaded. The fries were the best fresh cut I've ever had. They were crispy and seasoned. I took a star off for the following reasons, and I hope the manager or guy that asked for a review will read this, and I'll give the star back just a few housekeeping things. The floor desperately needs swept and mopped. Our shoes were sticking very bad and you could hear it loudly as you walked. The napkin holder tops were covered in dust or pollen. The men's restroom toilet seat in stains and looked chipped buy a new one. And idk who shaved in the men's sink but it looked like they had used beard trimmers tiny hairs everywhere. We will definitely be back it was delicious just needs those few things.

The young man working the front(whole store) was amazing. Very attentive, always moving. Helping, cleaning, serving, etc. personable and helpful The food was decent but not breathtaking. Burgers: 8.5/10 juicy, flavorful, good size, but very messy. (Not greasy) Wings: 7/10 decent size, good flavor, but a bit stingy with sauce. Ranch: 10/10 Fries: 4/10. Not the best. A little droopy and some overcooked. Chili cheese fries: 2/10 soggy, sad, and flavorless. The chili is less than desirable and makes the fries limp and soggy. The atmosphere is cute, on the river with a nice view, definitely older styled. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was worth what we paid with the chili up charge and chili cheese fries up charge($50 for 2 people) but the burgers and the young man in the front made it worth it enough to come back.

Building is old and it shows but it was clean inside friendly staff good view of the river. Burger was good comparable to 5guys. but the onion strips and chicken tenders need to be fried longer they weren't done. grilled cheese was decent.

I've never been here before. I'm glad we decided to try it out. i had the best burger and wings I've had in a long time. With great service. We got our food very quickly overall. It was a great experience. This will be our go too spot every time we visit cherokee

The old no.7 burger is phenomenal! The onion straws are perfect, beef is so fresh and bun soft to boot! The wings are wonderful too! Best burger I’ve had in a long time.

Great place to dine. Found this one by accident due to BJ’s Diner closing earlier today. Must have been meant because my hubby and I enjoyed our food and will be back again next time we come to Cherokee.

Other than the loud boom from the stereo, everything was fantastic. The best chilli slaw dog ever!!!! Can't wait to get back and try the burgers. For the price, you get outstanding quantity and flavor. Fresh, hot. The fries are in a class by themselves. Y'all knocking it out. Great staff. Wasn't to busy when we stopped in. This is one restaurant I'd wait on. I don't give 5 stars often. But I do tell it like it is per my taste. Absolutely the best I've had. For my biker family, A little difficult for bikers pulling in to park to get out of busy. If you can, try to back in if traffic allows.

Fresh Burgers Restaurant in Cherokee NC is truly an awesome place to eat, they're are the Best around. The wings is fresh juicy beyond delicious! I had an wonderful time meeting the manager good Ole fashion hospitality he left an life changing impact in my heart. I will be returning very soon this restaurant is worth the trip for this kind of delicious mountain food! Five stars plus for this restaurant & the manager awesome atmosphere!!!
